LGBT Rights: Jewish Support, Religious Backlash

What is the relationship between the Jewish community and the LGBT community regarding LGBT rights issues, from marriage equality to protections against discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations?  In addition to exploring the support (or lack of support) from various Jewish communities, we will discuss the efforts of some public policy leaders to allow individuals to use their religious beliefs to discriminate in violation of civil rights laws, along with Jewish responses to such legislation.
